Attorney

Kelly Kang is a graduate of the University of San Francisco School of Law with an undergraduate degree from the University of California at Davis. She joined Smith, Currie & Hancock LLP in 2008 as a construction associate, bringing with her experience managing contracts for design professionals, and actively participating and advising her family's residential development and general contracting business.

Kelly's law school experience includes clerkships in Yahoo's in-house trademark prosecution and enforcement group, the Office of the City Attorney's General Government division, and an international comparative law study with the Attorney General of the State of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Her current practice includes advising construction clients on matters including contractors licensing requirements, contract disputes, and other litigation matters. She is also a member of the Asian American Bar Association.
