The Fast-Track to Dispute Resolution
Far too many large-scale, complex construction project contractors or owners do not adequately envision the potential for a project dispute and are therefore unprepared to deal with problems in a timely, affordable manner. Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) is a potential solution.

Over the course of a career that has spanned more than three decades, Mr. Brown has resolved more than 3,000 construction-related conflicts, written dozens of articles and regularly lectured on construction-related subjects.
